Shady: A Hopeless Romantic

The Lil Miss me ..
says O Shady! Kiss me ..
And then Shady comes close
In her ear then he Blows ..
Sweet winds of Love and Lust ..
And picks up her dainty bust
In his big strong Arms
and she gets lost in his charms

Thats when happens the miracle ..
And appears an oracle ...
Who makes a quick prophecy ..
that across the geography ..
Will the Shady come across ..
Seas and Mountains he will cross ..

To come to his beloved lady ..
Who will always be with Shady !!!

In need of a tweak ...

Just checking the transliteration thing ..

Hmmmm... Guess it works !!!
On a closer look .. It doesn't. The chhoti "EEE" ki maatra .. appears at the wrong places.
For eg: the last para has this word "बारिश" which is read as "baarshi" once it appears in hindi.

Magically, if one copies it .. and puts it in the G-talk status message window.. The "मात्रा" appears at the right place.

Guess, someone up there in the higher ranks of Blogger transliteration project is reading this.

Fair Deal

1 a.m. Madhapur Kondapur Road. One of the most deserted in the city. A Row of long thin poles covering everything in a yellowish pale. The shadows of the leaves on the short trees between them dancing on the grey of the road beneath. The moon, a white arc trying to lighten up the misty darkness of the sky. The road, a boundary separating years of progress and cold neglect in a span of a few metres. On one side of the road, stands a row of buildings shining with the glorious future that awaits them and on the other, lie miles of barren land and rocks, degenerating, hiding the agony of their existence within their ugly, hollow cracks.
A figure. Tall. Strong. Lost. Black jacket. Blue Jeans. A dark bag on a tired shoulder. Walking, not to reach somewhere, but to walk. Steps, Small . Firm. Without a Destination. Eyes on the path just ahead of the next step. The existence of the figure reduced to take that one next step. Then next. One at a time. Like a Beast. Caged. Years of fight. Hot Blood against cold steel. Cold steel wins. The high spirited wildness turned to tamed obedience. The quick instinctive movements turned to slow, firm steps. A light. Bright. Very bright. The kind that blinds you more than darkness does. Nearing. Seemingly slow. But fast. A rising roar. A slight curve in the path of the figure. A slight hesitation... A leap. Tyre Screeches. A loud thud. Silence. Freedom. A subtle smile on the bright face of the lifeless corpse. The beast free from its tyrants. The living body dies. The dead spirit lives. Fair deal...
